  • An emergency preparedness plan that extends beyond regular business hours depending on the severity of the situation.
  • A plan to address minor irrigation issues within 2 hours of notification, include exercising all possible opportunities to disconnect the water supply as needed
  • Addressing safety hazards immediately upon notification
  • Responses and solutions to afterhours emergencies within two hours or less
  • The names and numbers of your 24-hour emergency contacts.

In order to ensure a smooth, seamless transition, ANNCO creates a carefully choreographed, customized plan for your property before work even begins. It’s a comprehensive approach that considers everything from safety and beauty to where we’ll park on Day 1.

Our careful advanced planning also ensures that our onsite inspection and property reviews will begin immediately. We’ll also implement our communication plan starting on Day 1, so you’ll be able to both see and experience the difference of working with ANNCO.
